The water curtain spray booth mainly consists of chamber body, reservoir, water curtain system, water circulation system, paint mist treatment system, air supply system (optional), exhaust system, lighting system, exhaust gas concentration detection system (optional) ), control system and other components.

1. The water shower plate is a stainless steel arc-shaped structure with streamline design, never rust, uniform water curtain, and no flow splitting;

2. Water curtain, water washing, vortex multi-level functional combination design; overspray paint mist, sucked into the paint mist treatment chamber under the centrifugal force of the exhaust fan, was repeatedly mixed, multi-stage, multi-forced; its paint mist The treatment process includes: water curtain scouring, water curtain filtration, vortex atomization; paint mist capture and treatment removal rate of up to 98%; VOC emissions fully comply with the relevant national environmental standards.

3. The labyrinth gas-water separator ensures the effective separation of water and gas and prevents the air from being exhausted;

4. Explosion-proof lighting device to ensure the working illumination inside the chamber;

5. Take the slag collecting tank after the slag pool, add coagulant in the pool, so that the lacquer slag floats up in a sponge shape, which is easy to clean; more in line with the painting environment;

6. The control system adopts frequency conversion control to save operating costs and reduce equipment running noise.

7. The chamber body is designed and manufactured by modular combination, which is ergonomic. It can be equipped with appropriate specifications according to the actual needs of customers, and the installation site of the chamber body is very suitable for installation and use in various plant conditions;

8. Workpiece logistics transfer can be equipped with fixed rotating table top, ground conveying pass type, and hanging conveying pass type;

9. The operation room can be fixed and moved telescopic according to the size of the workpiece. It is suitable for medium-sized workpiece painting or small workpiece concentrated painting.
